This inspection report was subject to its latest assessment in November 2022. The report contains a total of 212 recommendations of which:
- 126 are considered implemented;
- 17 are rejected;
- 29 are not yet implemented and action is ongoing. Progress will continue to be monitored;
- Five have not been addressed, but the Inspectorate has determined that they will also be subject to further monitoring;
- 10 are the subject of additional recommendations in subsequent Inspectorate reports and progress will be monitored in those reports;
- Three are part of the action plan for implementation of the report of the Commission of the Future of Policing in Ireland. These recommendation will be subject to further monitoring;
- 22 have not been addressed and due to the extended passage of time they will not be subject to further monitoring.
In total, 37 of the recommendations will be subject to further monitoring by the Inspectorate.
